Role: Architect Company: ADMIRA Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi Experience: 0-1 Year Job Summary As an Architect, you will work closely with senior architects to create captivating designs for various projects. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative and creative environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts that align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, including mood boards, material boards, and sample boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, documents, and correspondence, to facilitate efficient project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings and renderings.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills to effectively convey design ideas.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in architecture is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards.
