Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and design preferences.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee and monitor the progress of construction to ensure adherence to architectural plans and design standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Creativity and attention to detail to produce innovative designs within project constraints.
