Architect
Job Description
Join our Hind Design team as an Architect! We're looking for a creative individual with strong skills in industrial and commercial projects designs, drafting, 3D modeling, and project coordination. Experience in large-scale projects and proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray/Lumion, and Photoshop is required.
Responsibilities:
• Design landscape master plans, drawings and details.
• Budgeting, calculations of BOM and cost evaluations.
• Vendor management & Project execution.
• Coordinate all working teams and tracking project timelines as per site progress.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in large-scale projects.
• Having strong technical background for execution of industrial drawings.
• Experience in building designs or factory designs.
• Strong in concept, schematic, technical and working drawings.
• Knowledge in Electrical and Plumbing drawings is required and in machineries is preferred.
• Leadership skills and construction planning experience.
