About the Client:A leading financial services provider in India, offering a range of loans and financing solutions for personal, business, and automotive needs.Role Summary:The Mobile Applications Architect / Engineering Manager will be responsible for optimizing user experience, implementing robust mobile architectures, and ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions to meet business objectives, this role involves a combination of technical, managerial, and strategic responsibilities.Roles & Responsibilities:Strategy and Architecture Development: Develop and execute the overall strategy, design, and architecture for B2C mobile applications, including defining the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines.System Design and Quality Assurance: Ensure the design supports ease of evolution, system quality, performance, observability, scalability, and availability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration.Complex Integration: Design, optimize, and integrate complex mobile applications with distributed backend microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Code and Design Reviews: Lead code and design reviews of components, systems, and products within scope, and drive architectural governance.Preferred Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech / equivalent
• Extensive experience in B2C and B2B mobile architecture, with a proven track record in designing and leading the development of consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing.
• Experience in Andriod, react native, java, microservices
• Proven ability to build large-scale, high-traffic, and secure mobile and web applications.
• Deep understanding of architecture and design principles, including microservices, APIs, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and vision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
