Technical Leadership: Lead product evaluations and proof of concepts of SCCM, Intune and new technologies, responsible for leading and executing technical discovery, design and deployment deliverable. Assist delivery team to prepare required documentation like HLD, LLD and test plan and prepare execution plan & WBS required for the project implementation and review the documents required to execute any minor and major changes.
Customer Interaction: Interact with the various stakeholders on technology, project and process, be part of CR review and technical review meetings
Incidents & Requests: Identifies risky changes and works out a contingency plan and is primary owner for incident reports that get sent to customers for major issues. Assist service delivery manager and other seniors: When he/she requests validation of work done or analysis of a new customer request, review the work or ticket.
Quality: Track, report and improvise quality of deliverables (incident/problem solution, requests and project deliverables. Introduce innovative ideas to make it repeatable and sustainable practice for the team. Introduce innovative ideas for quality improvements
The candidate will interface with the Security, Application, Infrastructure and ITSM teams to coordinate Windows/Linux/Unix patching deployments.
Maintain operational procedures as needed to ensure patching success rates and will be the main point of communication for security patching.
Act as interface with customers and management to conduct reviews and provide reporting on patching status and any trends seen to help improve the health of the environment.
Employs continual service improvement though monthly and quarterly patch management metrics reviews.
Communicates patch management process and procedures, working practices, and changes to internal teams and customers.
Updates and maintains enterprise patch maintenance window.
Provides technical support and consultation to teams and customers as needed.
Attends high severity change patch maintenance windows and assists in documenting completion of the change.
Maintains ticket queues for MDM, SCCM, Intune or change requests.
What You\'ll Do
9 years experience with Microsoft MDM, advanced skills in Server, cloud and System Engineering
Expert knowledge with tools/technology such as Intune, Patching, AD, Azure, IAM, MDM, WSUS, and SCCM
Well versed in OS types as 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, MACOS technologies
Deliver a high quality IT service including security policies and up to date patching for software
HLD, LLD, Designing end to end MDM Solution, Vulnerability Assessment and Security remedeation
Working knoledge of site migration (OnPrem to Intune)
Basic experience with blade servers, virtualization technologies (Nutanix, VMWare, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure, AWS) is a strong plus
Background in dealing with global and remote teams is a strong plus
Relevant certifications (ITIL, Security Assessment, MCSE-Server) is a strong plus
What We're Looking For
Minimum 9 years experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune in a multi-site, enterprise environment. Certification on Intune, O365 mandatory
Min 12 years Information Technology or Engineering or information Systems, or related work experience.
Minimum 7 years of systems engineering/administration experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Ability to communicate technical issues and translate into non-technical business reviews.
