Job Description
Mid-level Architect (3-6 yrs exp)
To coordinate drawing layouts with structural, MEP, and specialized consultants.
Preparing and revising architectural layouts (site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections) across various phases.
Interpreting and applying building codes and regulatory requirements.
Supporting design architects in presentation materials development.
Assisting in site analysis and research on concepts, benchmarks, and precedents.
Developing SketchUp's and rendering animations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
