Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Degree in Architecture having 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on educational or institutional projects preferred.
Licensed Architect with [state/country] registration (if applicable).
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs for school buildings and facilities.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor adherence to these parameters throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee construction progress, conduct site visits, and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
Working Days & Timing : Monday to Saturday (10 am to 8 pm)

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
