Job Description

Architect Job Responsibilities:

i. Be involved in architectural design and detailing

ii. Reviewing architectural design and drawings received from various other consultants and vendors

iii. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental regulations and construction standards.

iv. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

v. Monitoring and making recommendations or scheduling work as required.

vi. Co-ordinate with various consultants to produce detailed co-ordinated drawings.

vii. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

viii. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

ix. Work towards improving design standards and be proactive in arriving at solutions

x. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

Architect Requirements:

xi. Bachelor's degree in architecture

xii. COA registration is desired

xiii. A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.

xiv. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

xv. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.

xvi. Detail-oriented and highly analytical.

xvii. In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.

xviii. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

xix. Outspoken individual with ability to convey all issues pertaining to smooth implementation of project

xx. Salary will not be constraint for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
