Salary - 40k to 60k (for the right candidate no salary bar)

Job Location: Kothrud
:
• Planning Inputs and checking Drawing
• Working Drawing Checking.
• Coordination with Architects and consultants for various Plans and execution.
• Redesigning Sale Plans as per requirement, Sharing modified Plans for Sale Purposes.
• Slab Checking on site, line-out Checking.
• Coordination with All the Engineers.
• Overall Site Overview and regular site visits.
• Sanction Plan Checking and giving the inputs.
• Meeting for internal Changes and tile selection from Old and New Flat owners.
• One should have at least FIVE years of experience as an Architect in real estate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?11,722.31 - ?63,913.28 per month
