Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management. As an Associate Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to contribute to the design and development of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and technical drawings.
• Assist in preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for projects.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions and technical issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
• Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.
• Professional licensure or pursuing licensure is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
