: Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential or commercial projects. The Architect will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing project implementation from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design:

• Lead the architectural design process for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and design presentations.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and architectural plans using CAD software.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements.

2. Client Collaboration:

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into the design process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of project progress and updates.

3. Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate their expertise into the design process.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

4. Design Development:

• Develop design details, material selections, and finishes to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of projects.
• Resolve design challenges and technical issues through creative problem-solving and collaboration with project teams.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Review and evaluate design drawings, documents, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks during all phases of the design process to maintain high standards of architectural excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
• Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
