Work Location : Head Office ( Bandra )
Educational Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch
Total Experience: 5+ years as Liaison Architect
:
Act as the primary liaison with local government authorities for permits and approvals.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
Develop and review architectural designs and plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Stay updated with changes in building codes and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit documentation for permits and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of communications and submissions.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
Identify and address issues during the construction phase.
Key Skills:
AutoCAD proficiency
Knowledge of local building codes and zoning laws in Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Yearly bonus
