Design endeavours exude customer satisfaction and re-establishing the correlation between man and his environment as its utmost priority. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and specifications for buildings and structures. The Architect will also work with clients to determine design preferences, budget, and functional requirements, and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and construction personnel throughout the design and building process. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Architecture or related field Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other CAD software Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding sustainability and green design principles is a plus
