Position Overview:
We are looking for Architects with 7-10 years of experience who are passionate about design, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will contribute their expertise to our diverse range of projects and work effectively within our team to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Contribute innovative design ideas and solutions that align with project objectives.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5-6 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, a probationary period of 3 months will be observed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Architecture: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 4 years (Preferred)
• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
