Role Description

Idealign is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Designs: Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion.

Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring seamless coordination and clash detection.

Documentation : Generate construction drawings, schedules, and specifications maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the documentation process.

Visualization : Create high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent and facilitate client presentations and approvals.

Quality Assurance : Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications. Research and apply sustainable design principles and practices. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design workflows and processes.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

o Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect in the construction industry.

o Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

o Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

o Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project challenges.

o Portfolio showcasing previous BIM projects and design work.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 5 years (Preferred)
