Job Description

• Advanced proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) software.
• Good Experience in preparation of Architectural concept, schematic and GFC drawings.
• Well versed in municipal submission drawings for AII, BDA, BBMP & Fire Department and all other authorities .
• Ability to coordinate across other design disciplines such as structures, MEP, landscape etc.
• Knowledge of Local bye laws and applicable statutory regulatory framework.
• Experience in doing feasibility-FAR, Carpet and Sale area statements for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Visit construction sites and perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal architects, construction, Liaison and Legal team to ensure project adherence as per management requirement. Ensure construction drawings are in sync with structural, MEP & Landscape drawings.
• Site visits mandatory for all the projects along with preparation of the site reports
• Bachelor of Architecture. And AutoCAD, MS office, Photoshop and Sketch up In depth understanding of CAD software.
• Detail oriented and highly analytical.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Deadline driven and dedicated to excellence.
