Real Estate Industry Responsibilities Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design. Take the \'brief\' to identify clients\' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Develop ideas keeping in mind client\'s needs, building\'s usage and environmental impact. Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture Previous experience is strongly preferred Must have excellent people skills Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project Must be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines Must be a strong team player Skills: Design skills and knowledge. knowledge of building and construction. to be thorough and pay attention to detail. thinking and reasoning skills.
