Architectural Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Design Development

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and structural plans based on client requirements, functionality, and site conditions.

3D Modeling & Visualization

- Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using tools like

Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape

for effective design presentations.

Construction Documentation

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including

plans, sections, elevations, and construction details

.

Building Codes & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with

local building regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards

.

Coordination with Consultants

- Collaborate with

structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors

for seamless project execution.

Project Management

- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring

quality control, adherence to timelines, and budget management

.

Interior Design Responsibilities

Space Planning

- Optimize layouts for

functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing

interiors.

Material Selection

- Choose

materials, finishes, colors, and textures

to enhance the ambiance and durability.

Furniture & Fixture Design

- Design

custom furniture, lighting, and fixtures

aligned with the project's theme and usability requirements.

Mood Boards & Presentations

- Develop

mood boards, sample palettes, and client presentations

to effectively communicate design intent.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

- Work with

suppliers, craftsmen, and contractors

to procure materials and execute design elements as per specifications.

Sustainability & Ergonomics

- Integrate

eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient solutions, and ergonomic principles

for user comfort and sustainability.

Skills & Expertise Required

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape

, and other design tools.

Creativity & Aesthetics

- Strong sense of

design, color theory, and spatial arrangements

Project Coordination

- Ability to manage

multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets effectively
