Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, a keen eye for design, and a proactive approach to managing interior projects from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:

• Prepare 3D models and renderings using tools like 3Ds Max, Revit, Google SketchUp, or other latest software.
• Develop detailed drawings and sketches to present concepts to clients.

2. Project Management:

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM) based on drawings and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to take precise measurements and ensure accuracy in design implementation.
• Oversee project execution, providing guidance to ensure adherence to design plans.

3. Client Interaction:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Visualize and translate client needs into creative and functional designs.

4. Material Knowledge:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of materials and finishes used in interior turnkey projects.
• Recommend appropriate materials based on design, budget, and project scope.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Interior Designing or Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1-2 years of experience in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3Ds Max, Revit, Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, space planning, and color theory.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and develop detailed project drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
• Strong project management skills to oversee execution and ensure quality delivery.

Experience:

• 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.

Salary Range:

?25,000 to ?40,000 per month (based on experience and expertise).
