Job Description

: Experience: 12-20 Years Location: Trivandrum, Chennai, Noida, Bangalore : We are looking for a JIRA Administrator to set up, maintain, and optimize JIRA Data Center on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting infrastructure issues, integrating authentication tools, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with multiple teams for seamless JIRA operations. Key Responsibilities: * Setup and maintain JIRA Data Center on AWS Cloud.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues related to JIRA.
• Integrate JIRA with authentication tools such as OKTA, Azure DS, or UST-defined authentication tools.
• Work with NOC/SOC teams to implement JIRA application monitoring.
• Configure, review, and ensure infrastructure compliance.
• Conduct Periodic VAPT assessments for JIRA security.
• Collaborate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for infrastructure modifications.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with Linux OS.
• Basic knowledge of Tomcat Server.
• Hands-on experience with identity management tools (e.g., OKTA, Azure DS) and integration with business applications.
• Experience with Ticket Management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) and Service APIs.
• Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud services.

Good to Have:

• Experience with application integration using webhooks.
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
