: Senior Salesforce Architect / Lead Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi & Trivandrum
Experience Range: 12 - 18 years Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect / Lead with 12+ years of IT experience, including deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, AngularJS, JavaScript, and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Business Capability Engineering, Deployment, Funds & Finance teams to drive architectural decisions, project execution, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Analysis & Estimation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user stories and business requirements.
• Provide effort estimation, resource planning, and project sizing.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.

2. Solution Architecture & Design

• Define Salesforce technical architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions with Salesforce, AngularJS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Work closely with customer architects to finalize design and ensure architectural integrity.

3. Development & Code Review

• Guide development teams on coding best practices, templates, and checklists.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Develop custom Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce pages, and integrations.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Review and create unit test cases, test scenarios, and execution plans.
• Ensure test plans align with business requirements.
• Perform defect root cause analysis (RCA) and implement proactive quality improvements.

5. Deployment & Release Management

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, and SFDX.
• Execute and monitor release processes while managing deployment errors.
• Provide technical support for production deployments.

6. Integration & Data Management

• Architect and implement REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and Platform Event integrations.
• Manage data loads with Apex Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce applications.

7. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Clarify technical requirements and provide design guidance to the development team.
• Present technical solutions to business stakeholders and conduct implementation reviews.
• Ensure business objectives align with Salesforce capabilities and cloud strategies.

8. Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Develop design documentation, standards, and best practices for the team.
• Maintain project documentation, templates, and technical checklists.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing assets, reusable components, and process improvements.

9. Team Management & Mentoring

• Set goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Mentor and train developers, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation measures to ensure project success.
• Motivate junior leads and guide their technical screening and evaluation skills.

Required Skills & Expertise Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience in architecting scalable solutions on Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Community).
• Proficiency in Salesforce admin tasks (roles, profiles, security settings, workflows, automation).
• Expertise in APEX coding best practices and governor limits optimization.

Frontend & Integration Technologies

• AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, jQuery.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/CRM systems and external applications.
• Knowledge of Google APIs, RESTful services, SOAP-based integrations.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado).
• Expertise in SFDX, ANT migration tool, and Change Sets for deployments.

Agile & Process Management

• Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong documentation skills for requirement gathering, test cases, and design specifications.
• Ability to break down complex problems and deliver efficient solutions.

Preferred Experience & Certifications Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Highly Desirable)
• Salesforce Certified Application & System Architect
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM301)
• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certification

Domain Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience in Funds, Finance, and Deployment domains.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud & Provider Network Management.
• Familiarity with Einstein AI, Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools.
