: Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi & Trivandrum
Experience Range: 12 - 18 years (with a minimum of 9 years in Salesforce architecture and development) : UST is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect with extensive experience in architecting, solutioning, and developing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Data Modeling, with a specific focus on Salesforce Health Cloud. This role requires hands-on coding, solutioning, and integration expertise, as well as experience coordinating with USA/UK-based clients and managing onsite-offshore teams. Must-Have Skills:

• 12 - 18 years of IT experience, with at least 9 years in Salesforce architecture, solutioning, and development.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience in Provider Network Management and Credentialing module is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and Aura framework.
• Experience in Salesforce Data Modeling and engaging with Enterprise Architecture teams.
• At least 2 large-scale Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) with strong technical solutioning experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration, including reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solutions for complex business requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL, SSL standards, and Force.com Bulk API/Metadata API.
• Proficiency in Salesforce deployment using CI/CD tools (Change Sets, ANT Migration, Eclipse, Git, Copado, etc.).
• Experience working directly with USA/UK-based clients and managing daily onsite-offshore coordination.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in Java/.Net development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, jQuery, and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Heroku, Radian6, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce1 mobile development.

Salesforce Certifications (Preferred):

• Must Have: Platform Developer II (Dev 2) and at least 2 Architect-stream Certifications.
• Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guide development teams in best practices for Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams to define Salesforce Data Modeling strategies.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce implementations.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, document templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage production deployments and resolve deployment issues using CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with USA/UK-based clients and coordinate onsite-offshore teams.
