Job Description


:Role Proficiency:Spearhead and architect hardware programs apply new techniques provide technology leadership in architecting to select appropriate technical options optimize design and development maintenance and performance by employing design standards and by reusing proven solutions Responsible for others\' developmental activities assist architect manager and customers in day to day program executionOutcomes: * Architect complex embedded electronic products with technology leadership as per standards; meeting customer expectations. Upgrade professional knowledge and skills of the team and self

  • Finalize and propose hardware development areas for the project tools for configuration management and process associated with targeted processor/controller
  • Perform product risk assessments requirements definition processor / IO selection PCB design software design support verification validation and meeting acceptance criteria
  • Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques; performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
  • Prototype electronic system designs quickly with in-house teams and support from vendors including integration hardware firmware and mechanical
  • Apply optimal design techniques on hardware analysis design selection PCB design testing and compliance
  • Provide characterization and test of designed electronic system
  • Recommend solution for EMI EMC regulatory specifics to product domain \xe2\x80\x93 Automotive/Medical/Consumer
  • Estimate level of effort evaluate new options of similar technology and offer suggestions to improve processes
  • Enthusiastically exhibit a desire for customer satisfaction and achievement of team goals. Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and a strong willingness and ability to provide excellent customer service in person on the phone and via email.
  • Apply a sense of urgency commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion. Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy.
  • Work proactively in collaboration with other teams for efficient execution of the hardware programs.
