Hi All,We are having urgent opening for Architect Head with one of our client@Delhi.Job Title: Senior ArchitectLocation - DelhiWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with 10 years of expertise to lead our architectural team and oversee the design and implementation of complex projects. The Senior Architect will be instrumental in defining and executing the firm\'s design vision while providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.Responsibilities1. Lead the design process from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines.2. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and budget parameters.3. Provide design direction and oversight to project teams, including architects, designers, and technical staff.4. Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.5. Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development and contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the firm.6. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address design issues, and maintain project quality standards.8. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture and design.9. Cultivate and nurture client relationships, representing the firm with professionalism and integrity.10. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking activities.Qualifications1. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. 5-6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on complex projects in various sectors.3. Architectural licensure (RA) or equivalent professional accreditation.4. Proficiency in architectural software tools, including:- AutoCAD for drafting and documentation.- Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and collaboration.- SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.- Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and presentation.5. Strong understanding of building systems, construction materials, and detailing.6. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience implementing green building strategies.7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.8. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver architectural projects on time and within budget.9. Proven track record of fostering client relationships and generating repeat business.10.
