Architect
Job Description
1. Design and planning: ? Develop innovative and functional architectural designs which satisfies both client requirement and project objectives. ? Able to create detailed blue prints, drawings and 3D models using latest software and tools. ? Collaborate with clients, engineers and other stakeholders to finalize design concepts.
2. Project Coordination: ? Oversee and manage project timelines, Budgets and deliverables. ? Work closely with contractors and construction teams to make sure the design meets the customer satisfaction. ? Address and solve any design related challenges.
3. Compliance & Documentation: ? Ensure that the designs comply with the state, local and federal codes and regulation. ? Prepare necessary documentation for permits and approvals. ? Maintain comprehensive project records and reports.
4. Innovation and Sustainability: ? Integrate sustainable practices and innovative materials into designs. ? Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
