Job Description
Technopolis Townships Pvt. Ltd. (TTPL) has extensive experience in large-scale industrial real estate planning. The diverse projects led by Mr. Nirav Mahadevia include industrial parks (spanning less than 100 hectares to 4400 hectares), SEZs (Free zones), shipbuilding, logistics parks, and housing area planning. TTPL conceptualized Gujarat's first Shipbuilding Park in 2010, reflecting its innovative approach to industrial infrastructure development.
Job Responsibilities :
• Convert sketches into Autocad drawings
• Create working construction drawings
• Create 3D views
• Site Co-ordination
• Interior project co-ordination
Requirements :
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp or Revit.
• Ability to create comprehensive architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dedicated, hardworking & passionate
Work Experience Required - Min 2 to 4 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

• Day shift
