Position: Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage architectural projects with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure designs meet functional requirements while incorporating sustainable practices.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in designing and overseeing small budget projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar architectural software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful completion of projects with tight financial constraints.
