Job Description

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing challenging and exciting projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD

Knowledge of building codes and rules

Strong communication and project management skills

Previous experience in Residential and Hospitality design

Design & Planning:

o Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client needs.

Project Management:

o Lead the architectural planning and design phases of projects.

o Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., structural engineers, interior designers, etc.) to ensure all elements of the design are integrated seamlessly.

o Monitor the progress of construction to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.

Compliance & Standards:

o Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and environmental policies.

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable building practices.

Documentation & Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain detailed architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation.

o Produce cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for projects.

o Review contractor bids and proposals to ensure alignment with project scope.

Site Visits & Oversight:

o Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are being executed correctly.

o Address any issues or discrepancies during construction, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
