The Designer will be an integral part of our studio, focusing on the design and development of corporate interior projects. This role involves leading client presentations, managing design processes, and coordinating project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy: Develop innovative design solutions that align with project programs and budgets.
• Client Engagement: Lead and participate in client pitches, presentations, work-sessions, and design reviews.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing pre-design services, including feasibility studies and requirement specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure successful project development from concept to execution, maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage design coordination with project stakeholders as needed.
• Quality Control: Review design documentation and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Travel: Travel as required for project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits.

Key Requirements for Success:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Interiors/Workplace design and team management.
• Design Sensibility: Strong design sensibility with the technical ability to develop projects from concept to execution.
• Team Player: Positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Multi-tasking: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Education: Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
