Job Description

We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Interior Designer cum Architect to join our team. This role requires a professional who can design innovative and practical interior spaces and architectural plans for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements and provide solutions that blend aesthetics, functionality, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and create tailored design solutions.
• Develop detailed interior and architectural plans based on project specifications.
• Create innovative and functional designs in line with current design trends and technologies.
• Use CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software to prepare accurate designs and visualizations.
• Supervise project execution to ensure quality standards and adherence to design plans.
• Plan projects according to budget and timeline, ensuring efficient project management.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members to bring design concepts to life.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech Architecture Engineering
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior design or architecture (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of color schemes, materials, and lighting.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
