Restaurants/Hospitality/Institutional projects: 1-3 years
Key Requirements:
- Eye for detail and creativity in design
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Proficiency in required software, including:
- Proficient in using CAD
- 3 D Other relevant design and documentation tools
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and contractors
- Manage project timelines
- Collaborate with team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovative and functional design
