1. Sales Responsibilities :
• Client Acquisition : Identify potential clients in need of architectural services or design solutions, such as real estate developers, construction firms, or private clients.
• Sales Pitch : Present architectural solutions and services, emphasizing how the firm's expertise and design vision will meet the client's needs.
• Proposal Development : Create proposals, bids, and pricing strategies in line with project specifications and client budgets.
• Negotiation : Close deals, negotiate contracts, and handle client objections.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure future business.
2. Architectural/Technical Responsibilities :
• Design Knowledge : Understand architectural designs, blueprints, and construction methods to effectively communicate with clients about their needs and how the firm can meet them.
• Technical Consultancy : Offer technical guidance on design feasibility, material selection, sustainability, and construction methods.
• Project Customization : Work with the internal design team to ensure that client requirements are met in custom projects.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated with trends in architecture, design, and construction technology to present innovative solutions to clients.
3. Collaboration and Coordination :
• Internal Team Collaboration : Work closely with the firm's architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that client requirements and technical constraints are met.
• Client Liaison : Act as a bridge between the client and the architectural/design team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Project Oversight : Provide input on project timelines, budgets, and resources from both a sales and architectural perspective.
4. Skills Required :
• Sales & Negotiation : Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to win projects.
• Architectural Knowledge : A background in architecture or engineering to understand and communicate technical details effectively.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas clearly.
• Client-Focused : Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that align with their vision.
• Business Acumen : Understanding of the market and financial aspects of architectural projects to align with business goals.
