Position: Architect

Location: Pitampura (Delhi)

Type: Full-Time

:As an Architect at AVR Infraspace Private Limited , you will play a key role in the design and development of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans and specifications. Your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering high-quality architectural designs that align with project objectives and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

1.To understand the design requirements and preferences

.2.Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.

3.Prepare and present design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.

4.Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and design.

5.Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.

6.Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs.

7.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.

8.Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

9.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements : ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

? Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure).? Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up)

? Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

? In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.? Strong project management and organizational skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

? Commitment to sustainability and knowledge of green building practices.
