- Oversee luxury residential projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Create detailed designs and models using advanced software.
- Engage with clients to deliver bespoke design solutions.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with top consultants and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 1-5 years of experience in luxury residential design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of luxury design trends and materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
