Job Description

• Create architectural design concepts, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Select materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design vision and meet functional requirements.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into the architectural designs.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and other professionals to ensure that the design aligns with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to integrate interior and exterior design elements seamlessly.
• Conduct design review meetings with clients and project stakeholders to present and receive feedback on design proposals.
• Revise and refine architectural designs based on feedback, ensuring that the final design meets the client's vision and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design process.

Documentation:

• Prepare and present design documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, for use by construction teams.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory submissions.
• Review shop drawings and material samples to ensure they align with the design intent and specifications.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture and design.
• Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month

• Day shift
