We are looking for Architect designer for our client location _Coimbatore

Exp_ 5+ 10 Years
? Build and develop design

teams

? Lead entire design team

? Receive understand & document

client requirements

? Develop conceptual designs &

detailed designs based on client

inputs and governing norms

? Researching and maintaining

knowledge of various engineering

disciplines, application methods,

and materials for residential &

commercial projects

? Assigning, Monitoring& control of

tasks to the team members

? Schedule design deliverable in all

disciplines in line with project

schedule

? Identify, coordinate and get

deliverable from associate

consultants outside the

organization.

? Apply QA & QC principles to ensure

the GFC drawings released are

a) Functional, b) Constructible, c)

Maintainable c) Safe/secure d)

Aesthetically appealing e) cost

effective

? Should have a thorough knowledge

of materials and its techno-

commercial features

? Inclined to conduct research and

development to create unique

projects

? Develop detailed specifications of

all the elements involved in the

project including their detailed shop

drawings.

? Liaising with clients to ensure all

issues are addressed on time and

that project requirements are met.

? Develop standards and

organizational process assets.

? Compliance of internal

Documentation & system

requirements.

9 Skills Required ? experience in "Architectural

Consultancy" organizations preferably

associated with the design development of

Individual Bungalows & Commercial projects.

Proficiency in CAD & 3D software is a Must.

Experience in REVET will be added

advantage..Self-motivated; ability to work

independently and in a team

environment to coordinate and maintain

positive working relationships with other

design professionals. Should be excellent

problem solver and independent thinker

with good listening skills and strong

follow-through

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
