Responsibilities

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Presentations and client meetings have to be handled
• Detailed drawings to be prepared and should coordinate with site engineer.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.(KMBR rules)
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Follow architectural trends and advancements
• Need to prepare interior drawings and designs as well

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as an Architect
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Autocad,Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, lumion or similar)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
• B.Arch degree in Architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?33,222.26 per month

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Required)
• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
