Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, prepare conceptual designs, and manage the project through the completion phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and designs using CAD software.

Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve construction materials, methods, and techniques.

Ensure that projects adhere to budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control during construction.

Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of [X] years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and 3D modeling tools.

Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable and green building design.

Knowledge of project management and cost estimation.

Professional certification (e.g., Registered Architect) is a plus.
