Architect
Job Description
• Develop and present architectural and interior designs based on client requirements, budget, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, and 3D models using CAD and other design software
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Select and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to execute the design plans
• Oversee the implementation of the design, including site visits and inspections
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
