Architect
Job Description
An architect, or architectural designer, is responsible for designing and planning new builds. Their responsibilities include:
• Consulting with clients : Meeting with clients to discuss their design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs
• Sketching designs : Creating sketches of the design
• Negotiating with contractors : Working with contractors on the project
• Producing feasibility assessments : Identifying the client's needs and putting together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Compiling project specifications : Creating detailed blueprints and project specifications
Architects should have a combination of architectural expertise and communication skills. They should also have strong collaborative and problem-solving skills, and be able to articulate complex technical concepts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
