Job Description

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including multiplexes, retail spaces, and other commercial and retail structures. You will work closely with our design and project teams to develop functional and aesthetic structures that reflect our commitment to quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and draft plans for new construction projects, including commercial spaces and multiplexes.
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to completion.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to design specifications.
• Research and select materials, finishes, and sustainable design options that align with project requirements.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in architecture, preferably in commercial or retail design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visualization skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
