As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design process, bringing creativity and expertise to every
project. You will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion,
ensuring high-quality designs that meet client expectations. This role requires a seasoned
professional with a proven track record in architectural design and a passion for creating
impactful and aesthetic spaces.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
- Lead the design process, from concept development to project completion.
- Provide creative and innovative design solutions that align with project objectives.
2. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
3. Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback.
4. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with architects, designers, and other professionals to
create cohesive designs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
5. Technical Expertise: - Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, standards,
and regulations.
- Utilize industry-leading software and tools for architectural design and documentation.
6. Quality Assurance: - Review and assess project designs to ensure high-quality and accurate
documentation.
- Implement best practices for design excellence and innovation.
What youll need :
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
4. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage architectural projects.
