Role : Salesforce Architect Location : Bangalore Who are we looking for Looking for a strong Level 2 Production support who is able to understand the organization needs. Sound Knowledge of ITIL is process would be added advantage. Technical Skills: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce, out of which 5 years of development experience and minimum 3 years of design experience 2. Hands on end-to-end development experience Salesforce Implementation Experience 3. Should have strong work Experience in Force.com and Salesforce platform with below skill sets . Salesforce Declarative Tools . APEX Programing . Lightning Programing - Using Aura and LWC . Visualforce Pages . SOQL and SOSL . Salesforce DevOps . VS Code as an IDE 4. Should have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud End to End Implementation Experience 5. Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Service Could. (More Salesforce Cloud Experience is added advantage) 6. Should have below Salesforce Certifications . Administrator . Platform App Builder . Platform Developer I . Service Cloud Consultant 7. Any more or agile certification would be added advantage Process Skills: . Should be aware of production support environment . Knowledge of Service Now is an added advantage . Behavioral Skills : .
