Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Production Support for Citi Reporting platforms based on WebSphere and ECS migration related projects


2. Triaging P1/P2 tickets and working closely with Development / Infrastructure teams & DevOps teams for production issues resolution


3. Collaborating with multiple teams as part of the SDLC process..


4. Ensure to follow diligently the Citi processes and follow the Critical timelines based on the Release calendar









Required Skills: 1. WebSphere Admin and ECS (Tomcat Container based) migration experience / Opensource Java based application migration expericnce


2. Good Sql skills and troubleshooting expertise


3. Support project experience. ITIL and Production issues (ServiceNow) based resolution experience


4. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.


5. Collaborating with different teams/different timezones
