Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects, ensuring that client requirements are met while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will be responsible for creating technical drawings, overseeing project progress, and collaborating with contractors and design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand client requirements and create customized building designs and architectural layouts.
• Develop designs while adhering to building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Create technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Supervise the execution of architectural plans in collaboration with project teams and contractors.
• Present design concepts to clients through presentations and models.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety compliance.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably with experience in residential/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other design software.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and regulations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

• Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch).
• LEED Certification (for sustainable design knowledge).
• Experience in project management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 30 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
