• We are seeking an experienced and creative architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
• You will be responsible for designing and overseeing residential projects from concept to completion.
•Key Responsibilities:
•- Develop and present design concepts- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
•Qualifications: •- Bachelor's degree in Architecture- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work- Excellent communication and project management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,052.15 - ?33,894.52 per month
