Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities Will be handling multiple infrastructure and commercial projects in India and the UK Understanding and analysing a design brief and coming up with conceptual themes/ sketches/drawings/3D as creative solutions to a design brief Making and reviewing architectural plans for construction Vendor management, project costing and project management Knowledge of building codes and practices in India and the UK Researching and troubleshooting issues related to project execution Researching and maintaining knowledge of various technologies and materials in construction Liaising with the team to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in architecture 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
