Overview:
Accountabilities:

• Work with P2P Solution Lead to partner with Direct Procurement Global Process Lead to review and validate the proposed solution - Accountable
• Work with extended partner team in reviewing/Implement all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint.
• Support decision-making for procurement of direct materials localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
• Partner with the PTP Lead and RTR team on the Accounts Payable to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution


Responsibilities:
Key Skills/Experience Required:


5-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ECC or S/4 with a focus on the Direct Procurement and Agro Contract Management (SAP ACM) modules of SAP including the complete end to end PTP functionality and need 8-10 Yrs exp in SAP and need S4 Hana Implementation atleast 2 projects.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Deep and broad Procurement experience within the direct procurement
• Hands on Experience on Agro Contract Management( SAP ACM)
• Previous experience on a major SAP transformation project
• Good Knowledge of Master Data in Materials Management module.
• ?Exposure of handling third party purchase scenarios
• Exposure of handling bulk purchase scenarios
• Knowledge of debugging, batch job monitoring and Idoc processing

• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change


Responsibilities (Secondary Language): Role and responsibility:


Support P2P Solution Architect in collaboration with the Direct Procurement Global Process Lead and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template - Consult/Execute

• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute
• Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors - Consult / Execute
• Collaborate with all Project teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile/Waterfall methodology - Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore Project team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute
• Participate in key Requirement gathering, Deployment, retrospectives and other key ceremonies - Consult / Execute
• Along with Project team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
• Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
• Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
