Architect 3d Visualizer
Job Description
3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Blender.
Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to showcase designs, ensuring accurate lighting, textures, and materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent, translating them into visual formats.
Presentation Preparation: Create presentations and visual content for client meetings, including animations and walkthroughs to help convey design concepts.
Material and Texture Application: Select and apply appropriate materials and textures to models to enhance realism.
Lighting Techniques: Utilize advanced lighting techniques to create mood and ambiance in visualizations.
Technical Drawings: Assist in preparing technical drawings and details to support visualization efforts.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Software Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest software and tools in architectural visualization and 3D rendering.
Feedback Incorporation: Revise visualizations based on feedback from clients or team members to refine and improve designs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
