Job Responsibilities :

01.To ensure that all the quality systems pertaining to Engineering functions are taken care and to ensure 100% compliance of documents.

02. Over all in-charge of all the engineering activities and to co-ordinate with all user departments to ensure all utilities are available as per the requirement

03. Review and modify all documents from time to time with regard to engineering .Review engineering related incidents /deviation/change control and suggest CAPA to Co ordinate with QA.

04. Responsible for modification, verification and approval of site, building layouts, A drawings, instrument drawings, P&ID and as built drawings.

05. Responsible for arranging external vendor for HVAC validations and calibration.

06. To carry out and ensure that all the facility maintenance works are carried out in time by way of effective planning and scheduling the activities.

07. To implement energy saving measures and responsible for procurement of spares, To ensure the Safety measures are taken while carrying out any job.

08. To ensure plant is neat and tidy always ready for audit and to verify and forward the MIS reports to the management.

09. To ensure that department activity is running smoothly without any deviation and ensure that employees are trained in their respective areas.

10. To develop new vendors and to maintain good rapport with all Government agencies / statutory bodies By complying with their respective norms.

11. Searching out for all possible avenues for continual improvement in Engineering function for simplifying systems and on cost saving measures.

Note: Any other activities shall be assigned by reporting authority.
